摘要
利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及EDS能谱仪等多种测试方法,分析板材线性缺陷形貌特征、形成机理,指出铸锭质量对板材表面影响因素,进而提出自耗炉在纵向磁场作用下非金属夹杂凝固模型。此外,用纯钛类铸锭一次锭处理对模型进行验证。
The morphology and formation mechanism of linear crack were analyzed by means of metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS).The results exhibit that influencing factors are between quantity of ingot and plate surface,the non-metallic model is formed during solidification when self-consuming furnace is influenced by electric field(longitudinal direction).Furthermore,the proposed model is validated by once ingot treatment of the pure ingot under this circumstance.
