摘要
外泌体作为承载分子在细胞-细胞间转移的载体,能从供体细胞向受体细胞传递各种生物活性物质,其中占主要成分的微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)在肿瘤相关成纤维细胞与肿瘤细胞相互作用中至关重要。肿瘤相关成纤维细胞源性外泌体释放的miRNA可作为重要的媒介物促进肿瘤进程及药物抵抗等,而肿瘤细胞源性外泌体释放的miRNA也能激活正常成纤维细胞向具有恶性表型的肿瘤相关成纤维细胞转化。miRNA通过外泌体形成肿瘤相关成纤维细胞与肿瘤细胞之间的交互作用网,在肿瘤的进展、转移及耐药中发挥重要作用。本文就外泌体miRNA在肿瘤相关成纤维细胞与肿瘤细胞中作用的研究进展作一综述。
Exosomes,as carriers of molecular transferring between cells,can transfer various bioactive substances from donor cells to recipient cells,among which microRNA(miRNA),the main component,is crucial in the interaction between cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)and tumor cells.The miRNA released by CAFs-derived exosomes can be used as an important mediator to promote tumor progression and drug resistance,etc.,and the miRNA released by tumor cells-derived exosomes can also activate normal fibroblasts into CAFs with malignant phenotype.The miRNA forms the interaction network between CAFs and tumor cells through exosomes,which plays an important role in the tumor development,metastasis and drug resistance.This paper reviews the research progress of the role of exosomal miRNA between cancer-associated fibroblasts and tumor cells.
