摘要
丁二烯在含氧的储存条件下,极易引发单体自聚,形成自聚物和端聚物。通过丁二烯溶解TBC,再按比例与丁二烯单体混合,抑制自聚物、端聚物的形成,相比溶剂油法,不仅溶解性好,还能降低TBC配制时的物料成本;使用丁二烯溶解TBC比溶剂油溶解TBC加入丁二烯塔防自聚效果也更好。
Under oxygen-containing storage conditions,butadiene can easily initiate monomer self-polymerization to form self-polymers and terminal polymers.Dissolving TBC by butadiene and then mixing it with butadiene monomer in proportion can inhibit the formation of self-polymer and terminal polymer.Compared with solvent oil method,it not only has better solubility,but also reduces the material cost when preparing TBC;The use of butadiene to dissolve TBC is also better than solvent oil dissolving TBC for anti-self-polymerization.
