摘要
阳101H3-8是位于四川省泸州市泸县奇峰镇玉田村6组的一口水平评价井,评价阳101井区龙马溪组水平井产能,支撑探明储量计算。区内龙马溪组页岩本身即是生油层又是盖层,为防止页岩层水化和膨胀,导眼段使用水基钻井液,靶点直改平水平段替浆,采用油基钻井液继续钻进。油基钻井液有较强的电稳定性、流变性、润滑性和抗污染能力;其HTHP始终在4 mL范围之内,对储层的损害较低,避免了对储层的水敏性伤害等。现场使用表明,该体系在阳101H3-8井取得了很大的成功,在维护方面通过小型试验和该井中的实际处理情况分析对比,得出最合适的处理剂比例来处理钻井液,总结出最简单有效的调整钻井液性能的一套方法。
Yang 101 H3-8 is a level appraisal well located in Sichuan province Luzhou Yutian county mountain town,it was used to evaluate horizontal well productivity of Yang 101 well block Longmaxi formation,support the proven reserves calculation.Longmaxi formation shale in the area is the source rocks and cap rocks,so as to prevent shale hydration and expansion,water-based drilling fluid was used in the guide eye,oil-base drilling fluid was used in the drilling.Oil-base drilling fluid has rheological lubricity,strong electrical stability and ability to resist pollution;The HTHP is always in the range of 4 mL,the damage to the reservoir is low,avoiding the water sensitivity of the reservoir damage.Field use showed that the system in Yang 101 H3-8 Wells has made great success;In the aspect of maintenance,through the analysis of the processing conditions of small test and the well,the most appropriate treatment agent ratio was determined to treat drilling fluid,and the most simple and effective method to adjust drilling fluid properties was put forward.
