粗糙套管提高煤层气固井胶结强度实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 由于煤层有机质含量高、节理发育、节理面光滑,导致煤岩与固井水泥石界面胶结强度弱,煤层段固井质量差。提出了通过对套管壁面进行粗糙化处理从而提高胶结强度的方法,设计了凹圆槽、网纹、螺纹状及外表面光滑4种模拟套管,并对其进行了水力胶结强度实验、剪切胶结强度及粘结强度实验。结果表明:粗糙化处理后的套管其胶结强度均得到了不同程度的提高,且螺纹处理后套管与水泥石之间的综合胶结强度最好。 The interface cementing strength between coal rock and cementing cement stone is weak and the cementing quality of coal seam is poor because of the high content of organic matter in coal seam,the development of joints and the smooth joint surface.In this paper,a method to improve the cementing strength by roughening the casing wall was presented.The grooves,meshes,threads and smooth simulated casing were designed,and hydraulic cementation strength test,shear cementation strength and bond strength experiments were carried out.The results showed the cementation strength of the casing with rough surface was improved.In addition,the comprehensive cementation strength of the casing with whorls surface was the best.
