摘要
本文从电气控制以及PLC技术的联系以及工作方式进行入手分析,然后阐述了PLC技术在电气控制中的具体应用,例如在机床自动仓以及自动机床中的应用,并对PLC技术在电气控制中的作用做出了重要的解析,其中包括对故障的反馈、对数字化的控制以及对自动化的控制等方面做出了详细的论述和规划,最后列举了PLC技术在工作过程中可能出现的故障以及相应的解决方法,从实际出发,不断推进PLC技术在电气控制中的应用。
This article analyzes the relationship and working methods of electrical control and PLC technology,and then describes the specific application of PLC technology in electrical control,such as the application of machine tool automatic warehouse and automatic machine tool,and the PLC technology in electrical control.It has made important analysis,including detailed feedback and planning on fault feedback,digital control and automation control,and finally listed the possible faults of PLC technology in the work process and the corresponding solutions,starting from reality,continue to promote the application of PLC technology in electrical control.
