燃机电厂降低厂用电率可行性分析

摘要 在电厂的生产经营中,降低成本追求利润的最大化是经营目标中最重要的任务之一。在当前生产经营环境中,存在着大量影响经济效益的因素,其中电厂厂用电率较高是影响电厂效益和经济性的重要原因。本文从运行方式、技术改造、用电管控及管理方式等方面对影响厂用电率的因素进行了分析和优化,挖掘厂用电节电空间并提出了降低厂用电率的方案和措施,提升电厂经济运行水平,为燃机电厂今后的节能减排、创造效益提供了管理基础和技术保障。 In the production and operation of power plants,reducing costs and maximizing profits is one of the most important tasks in the business objectives.In the current production and operation environment,there are a large number of factors that affect economic benefits,among which the high power consumption rate of power plants is an important reason for affecting the efficiency and economy of power plants.The paper analyzes and optimizes the factors that affect the power consumption rate of the plant from the aspects of operation mode,technical transformation,power management and management methods,excavates the space for power saving of the plant power,and proposes plans and measures to reduce the plant power rate.Raising the economic operation level of power plants has provided a management basis and technical guarantee for future energy saving and emission reduction of gas turbine power plants and creating benefits.
