摘要
结合大尺寸低真空管道真空环境制造及磁悬浮列车安全平稳运行过程中低真空环境维持的需要,提出沿低真空管道布置真空泵的制造和维持方案。采取粗抽泵与维持泵相结合的方式,粗抽泵根据管道截面、布设距离和抽真空时间进行合理选择,维持泵抽速大小按照动态真空系统设计要求由管道允许漏率决定。通过调研对比,推荐低真空管道的建造材料和低真空与常压的转换方式。真空测量设备应满足连续测量、反应灵敏、有足够精确度要求;检漏技术应方便、快速、有效。
Combined with the vacuum environment manufacturing of large-size low-vacuum pipeline and the need of maintaining the low-vacuum environment during the safe and stable operation of maglev train,the manufacturing and maintenance scheme of arranging vacuum pump along the low-vacuum pipeline is put forward.A combination of rough pump and maintenance pump is adopted.The rough pump is reasonably selected according to the pipeline section,installation distance and vacuumizing time.The pumping speed of maintenance pump is determined by the allowable leakage rate of pipeline according to the design requirements of dynamic vacuum system.Through investigation and comparison,the construction materials of low vacuum pipeline and the conversion mode between low vacuum and normal pressure are recommended.The vacuum measuring equipment shall meet the requirements of continuous measurement,sensitive response and sufficient accuracy.Leak detection technology shall be convenient,fast and effective.
