摘要
通过文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查和实验研究相结合的方法,了解初中特殊家庭学生群体的心理状况和心理问题,借助运动干预方案提高心理健康水平。研究认为,初中特殊家庭学生群体所表现出来的心理问题主要有偏执、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、适应不良、信任缺失、自我封闭等,遵循快乐体育教学方案,设置挑战性课程和各类奖励性课程内容是改善不良心理状态的有效路径。
Through a combination of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,and experimental research,we can understand the psychological status and psychological problems of students from special families in junior high schools,and use exercise intervention programs to improve their mental health.According to the research,the psychological problems presented by students from special families in junior high schools mainly include paranoia,interpersonal relationships,depression,anxiety,maladjustment,lack of trust,self-enclosure,etc.Following the happy physical education teaching plan and setting challenging courses and various reward Course content are effective ways to improve bad mental state.
