摘要
目的探讨主动脉腔内覆膜支架治疗Standford B型主动脉夹层患者的围术期护理对策。方法将医院于2018年10月—2019年10月收治的100例Standford B型主动脉夹层患者作为研究对象,随机进行分组,其中对照组与研究组各50例。两组患者均接受主动脉腔内覆膜支架治疗,在此基础上,对照组患者实施常规护理对策,研究组患者实施围术期全程护理对策。比较两组患者的疼痛评分、并发症发生率。结果护理后,研究组的疼痛评分(4.61±0.90)分明显低于对照组(5.37±0.98)分,研究组的的并发症发生率(4.00%)明显低于对照组(16.00%),比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施围术期全程护理对策有助于提高Standford B型主动脉夹层患者行主动脉腔内覆膜支架治疗的效果,改善患者的疼痛感,降低了并发症发生率,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing strategies for patients with Standford type B aortic dissection treated with intraaortic stent-graft.Methods One hundred patients with Standford type B aortic dissection admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:control group and study group.Both groups of patients received aortic stent graft treatment.On this basis,patients in the control group were given routine nursing strategies,and patients in the study group were treated with perioperative care.Pain scores and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the pain score of the study group(4.61±0.90)was significantly lower than the control group(5.37±0.98).The complication rate of the study group(4.00%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(16.00%).Statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of perioperative full-course nursing measures can improve the effect of stent-grafting in the aortic cavity of patients with Standford type B aortic dissection,improve the pain of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and have clinical application value.
