摘要
目的观察子午流注择时艾灸对膝关节骨性关节炎患者疼痛及关节功能的影响。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月60例膝骨性关节炎的患者按随机数字表分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用患处艾灸,观察组采用子午流注择时艾灸。运用视觉模拟量表(VAS)进行疼痛评分和膝关节功能评分表(KSS)评估膝关节功能,比较两组患者膝关节疼痛及功能改善情况。结果两组干预前组内VAS评分及KSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组VAS评分及KSS评分在干预前后组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后组间比较,观察组与对照组的VAS评分及KSS评分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子午流注择时艾灸能有效缓解患者膝关节疼痛,改善患者膝关节骨性关节炎的临床症状。
Objective To observe the effect of moxibustion on the pain and joint function of patients with knee osteoarthritis at the Meridian Stream.Methods Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis from June 2016 to June 2017 were evenly divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table.The control group used moxibustion on the affected area,and the observation group used moxibustion at the Meridian Stream.The visual analog scale(VAS)and the knee function score scale(KSS)were used to score the pain and evaluate the knee function respectively.The knee pain and functional improvement of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in VAS score and KSS score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);there was a statistically significant difference in VAS score and KSS score between the two groups before and after intervention(P<0.05);after intervention,the difference between the VAS score and KSS score of the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion can effectively relieve the pain of the knee joint and improve the clinical symptoms of the patient’s knee osteoarthritis at the Meridian Stream.
