摘要
目的评价缩宫素鼻喷雾剂对经阴道自然分娩产妇产后出血量和子宫复旧的影响。方法选择2020年1—4月住我院经阴道自然分娩、符合入选标准的产妇共182例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组产妇给予产后常规治疗护理,观察组产妇在常规治疗护理的基础上,给予缩宫素喷鼻剂,连用至产后第3天。比较两组产妇产后24 h出血量、产后3天出血量和子宫复旧情况。结果观察组产后24 h出血量明显低于对照组,产后第3天和分娩后即刻血红蛋白差值也明显低于对照组(P均<0.01);观察组产妇术后1~3 d的子宫底下降幅度都明显高于对照组,子宫复旧情况明显优于对照组(P均<0.01)。产妇使用缩宫素鼻喷剂后耐受性良好,未出现明显局部或全身不良反应。结论缩宫素鼻喷雾剂可有效减少自然分娩产妇产后出血、促进子宫复旧,且使用方便、不良反应较少。
Objective To explore the effect of oxytocin nasal spraysdoi on the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and uterine involution in puerperae undergoing spontaneous delivery.Methods From January to April in 2020,a total of 182 puerperae undergoing spontaneous delivery in our hospital were included and randomized into two groups(the observation group and the control group).The puerperae in the control group received conventional therapy and nursing,while the puerperae in the observation group received conventional therapy and nursing,plus oxytocin nasal spraysdoi for 3 days.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage and uterine involution in both groups were compared.Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage within the first 24 hours and hemoglobin decline from post partum to the third day after delivery in the observation group were both significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).Uterine involution was significantly faster in the observation group than the control group(P<0.01).No obvious adverse reaction was observed in the puerperae receiving oxytocin nasal spraysdoi.Conclusion Oxytocin nasal spraysdoi can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and promote uterine involution in puerperae undergoing spontaneous delivery,with no obvious adverse reaction.
