摘要
目的研究腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗直肠癌的近期临床疗效及不同术式对患者免疫功能的影响。方法随机选取我院2019年2月—2020年2月期间治疗的直肠癌患者80例,均分为两组,对照组直肠癌患者采取传统开腹治疗,试验组直肠癌患者采用腹腔镜辅助下进行治疗,并对比两组直肠癌患者术后的临床疗效指标、C反应蛋白活性、自然杀伤细胞百分比、T细胞CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平变化。结果经过不同的治疗方法进行治疗后,试验组直肠癌患者术后的临床疗效指标优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;试验组直肠癌患者的C反应蛋白活性、自然杀伤细胞百分比和T细胞CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平变化均好于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在对直肠癌患者使用不同治疗方法时,腹腔镜治疗比开腹手术治疗效果更好,具有微创、对患者免疫功能影响小等优点,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study the short-term clinical efficacy of laparoscopic and laparoscopic surgery for rectal cancer and the effects of different surgical procedures on the immune function of patients.Methods 80 patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional laparotomy,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with laparoscopy.The clinical efficacy indexes,C-reactive protein activity,percentage of natural killer cells,CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+levels of T cells were compared between the two groups.Results After different treatment methods,the clinical curative effect indexes of rectal cancer patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance;the C-reactive protein activity,the percentage of natural killer cells and the levels of T-cell CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion When using different treatment methods for patients with rectal cancer,laparoscopic treatment is better than open surgery.It has the advantages of minimally invasive and little effect on the immune function of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
