摘要
目的探讨抗结核药物联合颗粒植骨与髂骨植骨融合术治疗单节段脊柱结核中采用的效果比较。方法纳入我院2018年4月—2020年1月收治的80例单节段脊柱结核患者,随机分为对照组以及研究组,研究组接受颗粒植骨融合术治疗,对照组接受抗结核药物联合髂骨植骨融合术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果术后7 d,研究组的JOA评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组;术后7 d、随访3个月,对比两组患者的Cobb角、椎间高度,研究组均低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单节段脊柱结核患者接受抗结核药物联合颗粒植骨融合术治疗,能有效的维持Cobb角、椎间高度,促进疾病的好转。
Objective To compare the effects of anti-tuberculosis drugs combined with granular bone graft and iliac bone graft fusion in the treatment of single-segment spinal tuberculosis.Methods Eighty patients with single-segment spinal tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control group and research group.The research group received granular bone graft fusion,while the control group received anti-tuberculosis drugs combined with iliac bone graft fusion.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The JOA score of the research group was higher than that of the control group and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group 7 days after operation.After 7 days and 3 months of follow-up,the Cobb angle and intervertebral height of the two groups were compared.the research group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Single-segment spinal tuberculosis patients receiving anti-tuberculosis drugs combined with granular bone graft fusion can effectively maintain Cobb angle and intervertebral height and promote the improvement of the disease.
