摘要
目的分析PET-CT在非小细胞肺癌患者临床诊断及病理分期评估中的作用。方法选取2019年5月—2020年4月我院穿刺活检或病理检查证实的74例非小细胞肺癌患者,所有患者均接受常规CT与正电子发射计算机断层显像(PET-CT)检查,对照手术病理结果评价两种检查方式在疾病诊断及分期中的使用价值。结果PETCT与病理检查的诊断符合率为89.2%,明显高于常规CT检查,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PET-CT对非小细胞肺癌患者T分期与N分期的评估准确率分别为90.5%、91.9%,均明显高于常规CT,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两种检查方式对患者M分期的评估准确率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PET-CT在非小细胞肺癌患者的临床诊断与病理分期评估中均具有可靠作用,可对尽早诊断及治疗发挥高度价值。
Objective To analyze the role of PET-CT in the clinical diagnosis and pathological stage evaluation of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods From May 2019 to April 2020,74 patients with NSCLC confirmed by biopsy or pathological examination in our hospital were selected.All patients were examined by routine CT and PET-CT.The value of the two methods in disease diagnosis and staging was evaluated by comparing the results of operation and pathology.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of PET-CT and pathological examination was 89.2%,which was significantly higher than that of routine CT examination(P<0.05).The accuracy of PET-CT in evaluating T stage and N stage of NSCLC was 90.5%and 91.9%respectively,which were significantly higher than that of conventional CT(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two methods in evaluating M stage(P>0.05).Conclusion PET-CT plays a reliable role in the clinical diagnosis and pathological stage evaluation of NSCLC patients,and it can play a high value in the early diagnosis and treatment.
