摘要
随着人民群众对健康关注度和对医疗服务产品质量要求的持续提高,与健康服务产业密切相关的医院面临着新的挑战,从根源上对医院管理的全面提升提出了更高的要求。人力资源管理是医院管理的核心之一。医院人力资源管理是形成对"人"的管理的一种主要模式,当前医疗卫生行业中人才的竞争较为激烈,这也更加需要医院能够做好"人"的管理。作为医院内部管理的重要手段,绩效考核与人力资源管理相结合,能够较为有效地提高人力资源管理水平,提高医院人力资源竞争力。为此,还需要针对如何更好地将绩效考核的手段融入到医院人力资源管理各个环节中应用的问题,提出针对性解决措施,提高医院人力资源管理水平,增加人力资源使用效率和人才竞争力。
With the continuous improvement of the people’s attention to health and the requirements for the quality of medical service products,hospitals closely related to the health service industry are facing new challenges,which,at the root,put forward higher requirements for the overall improvement of hospital management.Human resource management is one of the core of hospital management.Hospital human resource management is a main mode to form the management of"people".At present,the competition of talents in the medical and health industry is more intense,which also requires the hospital to be able to do a good job in the management of"people".As an important means of hospital internal management,the combination of performance appraisal and human resource management can effectively improve the level of human resource management and improve the competitiveness of human resources.Therefore,it is also necessary to put forward targeted solutions to the problems of how to better integrate the means of performance appraisal into all aspects of hospital human resource management,improve the level of hospital human resource management,and increase the efficiency of human resource use and talent competitiveness.
