摘要
该文论述了医院行政管理工作的重要性,分析了医院行政管理人员及工作中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策,包括加大人员培训力度,提高人员专业素质;明确管理工作目标,合理划分工作内容;制定完善的管理制度,提升管理效率;完善工作流程,满足医疗事业发展需求;建立人力资源管理模式,调动人员积极性。
This article discusses the importance of hospital administrative management,analyzes the problems existing in hospital administrative management personnel and their work,and proposes corresponding solutions,including increasing personnel training and improving the professional quality of personnel;clarifying management goals,reasonably divide the work content;formulate a complete management system to improve management efficiency;improve the work process to meet the needs of medical development;establish a human resource management model to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff.
