摘要
目的探讨分析PDCA循环管理模式教学在头颈内科护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018年4月—2019年11月期间该院头颈内科的70名护理实习生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各35名。对照组实施传统教学,试验组实施PDCA循环管理模式教学,观察两组实习护生带教后的考核成绩和对教学的满意度。结果试验组实习护生病历书写评分(89.62±5.24)分、理论知识评分(86.49±5.69)分、操作技能评分(85.55±5.09)分和综合能力评分(87.22±5.61)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组实习护生对教学满意度94.29%高于对照组74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头颈内科护理实习生实施PDCA循环管理模式教学可明显提高考核成绩,促进充分掌握临床知识,提高教学质量,提高实习护生带教满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle management mode teaching in head and neck internal medicine nursing teaching.Methods From April 2018 to November 2019,70 nursing interns from the Department of Head and Neck Internal Medicine in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a test group,35 in each group.The control group implemented traditional teaching,and the experimental group implemented PDCA cyclic management mode teaching.Observe the assessment results and the satisfaction with teaching of the two groups of interns.Results In the experimental group,the medical record writing score(89.62±5.24)points,theoretical knowledge score(86.49±5.69)points,operation skill score(85.55±5.09)points and comprehensive ability score(87.22±5.61)points of the experimental group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),94.29%of the training nurses in the experimental group were higher than the control group 74.29%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle management mode teaching for head and neck internal medicine nursing interns can significantly improve the assessment results,promote full mastery of clinical knowledge,improve teaching quality,and increase the satisfaction of nursing interns.It is worthy of clinical application.
