摘要
目的探究强化安全教育结合风险管理对脑卒中患者的影响。方法选取2019年6—12月在该院治疗的50例脑卒中患者为研究对象,采用随机法分为对照组(n=25)与观察组(n=25)。对照组实施常规管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施强化安全教育结合风险管理,比较两组护理不良事件的发生几率以及临床护理质量。结果实施管理干预后,观察组管道滑脱、跌倒、坠床、压力性损伤等不良事件的发生几率为4.00%,低于对照组28.00%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组安全意识、急救管理、药品管理以及病房管理评分均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全教育结合风险管理的实施,可有效降低脑卒中患者不良事件的发生率,提高护理质量以及患者满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the impact of strengthening safety education combined with risk management on stroke patients.Methods 50 stroke patients treated in the hospital from June to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25).The control group implemented routine management,and the observation group implemented enhanced safety education combined with risk management on the basis of the control group,and comparing the incidence of adverse nursing events and the quality of clinical care between the two groups.Results After the implementation of management intervention,the incidence of adverse events such as pipe slip,fall,bed fall,and pressure injury in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 28.00%in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of safety awareness,emergency management,drug management,and ward management of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Safety education combined with the implementation of risk management can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in stroke patients,improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction,and have high clinical application value.
