摘要
通过对不同运营里程的动车组用速度传感器连接器、牵引变流器连接器、接地保护开关连接器、牵引电机主连接器、接触器箱连接器和车端电气连接器六种不同类型的电连接器进行接触电阻实验,结果表明,经过运用的电连接器接触电阻仍符合规定要求,并对电连接器进行寿命预测,给出了平均寿命范围,分析可知,电连接器接触电阻与其接触件直径相关。可以通过制定针对不同接触件直径的电连接器的修理规范,减少高可靠性电连接器的拆解换修工作,从而减轻检修工作量,降低检修成本。
Conduct contact resistance experiments on traction converter connectors,speed sensor connectors,grounding protection switch connectors,contactor box connectors,traction motor main connectors,and car-end electrical connectors for EMUs with different operating mileages.The results show that the contact resistance of the used electrical connector still meets the specified requirements,and the life expectancy of the electrical connector is carried out,and the average life span is given.The analysis shows that the contact resistance of the electrical connector is related to the diameter of its contact.It is possible to appropriately modify the constant interval to reduce the decompilation,and reduce unnecessary maintenance and replacement plans in the early life of high-reliability products,thereby reducing maintenance costs.
