摘要
小型空间环境模拟试验用盘管热沉主要采用液氮制冷,受试验辐射热负荷影响,其管内流动为气液两相流动。根据现有均相、分离模型以及弯管阻力模型,通过编程对盘管热沉的摩阻、加速压降、重力压降以及总压降进行了计算,并将不同模型的计算值进行了比较,对于低速下两相压降特性进行了总结。另外还将模拟结果与理论计算结果进行了比较,理论及仿真结果需通过试验进行进一步验证。
The coiled heat sink which is used in space environment simulation test usually select liquid nitrogen for refrigeration.The pipe flow is a gas-liquid two-phase flow because of the influence of radiant heat load in the test.The friction,acceleration pressure drop,gravity pressure drop and total pressure drop of the coil pipe are all calculated by program according to the current homogeneous model,separated model and bend resistance model.The calculation results of different models are compared,the pressure drop characteristics of the two-phase flow at low speed are also summarized.In addition,the simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculation results.The theoretical and simulation results need to be further verified through experiments.
