摘要
通过对某扣件材料尼龙66的加速老化试验,依据高分子材料性能指标变化与老化时间关系式以及Arrhenius模型建立了贮存温度下的冲击强度保留率与贮存时间的动力学方程,并利用Matlab编程计算了贮存温度下某扣件材料尼龙66的预测贮存寿命。预测结果可作为评估尼龙66扣件制品贮存寿命的参考依据。
Through the accelerated aging test of nylon 66,according to the relationship between the change of polymer material performance indicators and the aging time,and Arrhenius model,the kinetic equation of the impact strength retention rate and storage time at storage temperature was established,and used Matlab programming to calculate the predicted storage life of nylon 66 at storage temperature.The prediction result can be used as a reference basis for evaluating the storage life of nylon 66 fastener products.
