摘要
众包模式联结了顾客与企业,助力企业利用社会人力资源满足企业任务需求,但该模式尚未得到广泛认可。文章在回顾现有价值共创理论的基础上,探讨价值共创以及众包模式的内涵与发展,分析众包模式下参与主体间的相互关系及价值共创的实现过程,构建价值共创清单,为企业、众包平台等主体要素提出促进价值共创的对策,以期为更多企业特别是中小微企业利用众包商业模式完成企业任务、实现企业发展提供参考。
The crowdsourcing model connects businesses with customers.It can help companies use social human resources to solve their tasks.However,the crowdsourcing model has not been widely accepted.The connotations and their development of the value co-creation and crowdsourcing model are discussed based on the review of existing value co-creation theory,and the main relationships among the participants in crowdsourcing mode are also analyzed.Then the realization process of value co-creation is analyzed and the list of value co-creating is shown.At last,some countermeasures are put forward to promote value co-creation in order to help the small,medium and micro enterprises to solve some tasks and realize their development.
