摘要
基于压缩式制冷循环的热泵型蒸汽发生机组可利用低品位热源获取高温蒸汽,在畜牧业深加工、制药及食品行业灭菌等重点领域具备应用前景。以高温热泵型蒸汽发生机组使用侧闪蒸器为对象,开展理论分析和数值模拟仿真,结合搭建的专用闪蒸器性能测试装置进行试验,研究分析了闪蒸器结构设计对于机组运行效率的影响,结果表明:相比较于重力沉降方案,采用入口离心切向、顶部滤网结构设计可显著强化机组闪蒸器内部气液分离效果,提升蒸汽发生质量。
Heat pump-type steam generation unit based on compressed refrigeration cycle can obtain high temperature steam from low-grade heat source and has great application prospect in the key areas such as animal husbandry deep processing and pharmacy and food sterilization.In this paper,the flasher of heat pump-type steam generation unit was taken as research object.Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation were carried out,and combined with the special flasher performance testing device,influence of flasher structural design on unit steam generating efficiency was studied and analyzed.The results show that,compared with the gravity settlement scheme,the design of inlet off-center tangential direction and top filter structure can significantly enhance the gas-liquid separation effect in the unit flasher,and improve the steam generation quality.
