摘要
以YBCO涂层导体为代表的第二代高温超导材料(REBCO)以其高电流密度、高临界转变温度、高临界磁场等优异特性,在电力、交通、能源、医疗等领域具有广泛的应用潜力。然而,在REBCO带材实际使用过程中,不可避免地需要将多根超导带材或多组超导线圈连接使用,不断提升连接接头的制作技术和性能评价方法,以此满足超导装备制造过程中的实际需要,具有重要的现实意义。总结了目前REBCO带材接头的主要研究进展和成果,对带材接头的结构、焊接方法、电气和机械性能等方面进行了概述,以期为REBCO带材实际应用提供有益的工程依据。
Second-generation high-temperature superconducting(HTS)material(REBCO)represented by the YBCO coated conductor has excellent characteristics,such as high current density,high critical transition temperature and high critical magnetic field.Therefore,it has a wide range of application potential in the fields of electric power,transportation,energy and medical treatment.However,during the actual use of REBCO tapes,it is inevitable to connect multiple superconducting tapes or multiple sets of superconducting coils.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to continuously improve the manufacturing technology and performance evaluation methods of connection joints to meet the actual needs in the manufacturing process of superconducting equipment.This paper summarized comprehensively the current research progress of REBCO tape joints and correlation technique.Especially,the structure,welding materials and methods,electrical and mechanical properties of the different joints were analyzed comparatively in order to provide a useful basis for the practical application of REBCO tapes.
