摘要
在中国近代资本主义发展史或是中国近代企业经营活动中,常见工业资本家占有土地的现象,以往学界多视之封建残余,是中国民族资产阶级软弱性的表现。实际上,在荣家等企业活动中保留土地经营,可以非常方便地对企业进行资金挹注,极大地强化了企业的抗风险能力,对土地的经营恰恰是荣家等中国民族资产阶级“坚定性”的明证。20世纪八九十年代,被视为当时企业痼疾的“大锅饭”“铁饭碗”,也不是当时体制特有的产物,在近代荣氏企业中已得到广泛实践,被证明增加了职工的就业保障、解决了职工生、教、病、死等一系列生活之忧,实实在在地增加了职工的社会福利,增强了企业的凝聚力。
In the history of the development of modern capitalism in China or in the business activities of modern Chinese enterprises,it was common for industrial capitalists to occupy land.In the past,the scholars regarded that feudal remnant as the manifestation of the weakness of the Chinese national bourgeoisie.In fact,retaining land management in the activities of Rongjia and other enterprises can facilitate capital injection to enterprises and greatly strengthen the anti-risk ability of enterprises.The land management is just the proof of the“firmness”of the Chinese national bourgeoisie such as Rongjia.In the 1980s and the 1990s,the“big pot”and“iron rice bowl”,which were regarded as the chronic diseases of the enterprise at that time,were not the unique products of the system at that time.They were widely practiced in modern Rong's enterprises,which proved to increase the employment security of the employees,solve a series of life worries such as the health,education,illness and death of the employees,and really increased the social welfare of the employees and enhanced the enterprise's social welfare cohesion.
