铁路LED信号灯直流供电制式研究

摘要 为了解决现有供电制式造成的铁路LED信号灯使用中发生的非正常灭灯、闪烁、电流波动等故障以及不节能的问题,文章研究了直流供电,将点灯控制与检测电路放在站内机械室,将发光体(LED发光盘或LED点式灯)及开关电源恒流电路安装于各个信号灯灯位。对电路与电源参数进行了设计计算。这种供电制式使得LED信号灯功耗下降,发热减少,温升减少。在实验室连续运行3个月,没有发生非正常灭灯、闪烁、电流波动等故障,运行稳定可靠。 In order to solve the problems of abnormal lights-off,flickering,current fluctuations and non-energy saving caused by the existing power supply system of railway LED signal lights,this paper studies the DC power supply,and places the lighting control and detection circuit in the mechanical room of the station.Install the luminous body(LED light-emitting panel or LED spot lamp)and the switching power supply constant current circuit in each signal lamp position.The circuit and power supply parameters are designed and calculated.This power supply system reduces the power consumption of the LED signal lamp,reduces heat generation,and reduces temperature rise.After 3 months of continuous operation in the laboratory,there was no abnormal light-off,flickering,current fluctuation,etc.,and the operation was stable and reliable.
