摘要
如今大部分电网企业的基础设施和设备的维护通常由运维部门组织实施,作为运检管理的责任部门则要对运检的相关业务进行全面、细致控制,从而提高电网基础设施和设备运行和控制能力,提升电网安全水平。文章以电网企业运检管控体系为核心,重点对体系的建设与实践进行探讨。
Nowadays,the maintenance of infrastructure and equipment of most power grid companies is usually organized and implemented by the operation and maintenance department.As the responsible department for operation and inspection management,it is necessary to comprehensively and carefully control the related business of operation and inspection,so as to improve the grid infrastructure and equipment operation and control capabilities to improve the level of grid security.This article focuses on the construction and practice of the system based on the power grid enterprise operation inspection and control system.
