摘要
“互联网+”时代给职业院校教师发展带来了巨大机遇,同时也带来了前所未有的挑战,教师软实力提升是教师有效应对挑战的重要方式。文章通过对教师软实力内涵及特点分析,从工作场域、“校企”惯习和核心要素确定研究边界,给出职业院校教师软实力之核心要素并做相关阐释,在此基础上,提出了职业院校教师软实力发展途径及机制保障。
The"Internet+"era has brought huge opportunities as well as unprecedented challenges to the development of teachers in vocational colleges.The improvement of soft power is an important way for teachers to deal with challenges effectively.Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of teachers'soft power,this paper determines the research boundary from the work field,"school-enterprise"habits and core elements,gives the core elements of vocational college teachers'soft power and makes relevant explanations.On this basis,the approach and guarantee mechanism for vocational college teachers'soft power development are put forward.
