摘要
广州是最吸引外籍人士工作和生活的国际化城市之一,城市多元文化服务具有重要意义。文章通过调查广州地区公共图书馆对外籍群体的服务现状,了解外籍群体的信息需求与利用图书馆的情况,以及其对广州地区公共图书馆多元文化服务的意见和建议,分析问题并提出四方面优化服务策略,从而促进在穗外籍群体享受平等、均等的公共文化服务,并为我国图书馆向外籍群体提供更有效且具有文化适应性的服务提供参考性依据。
As Guangzhou has become one of the most attractive international cities for foreigners to work and live in,its urban multicultural service has become a top priority.This paper investigates the service status of foreign groups in public libraries in Guangzhou.Through understanding the information needs of foreigners and their experience in using the libraries,as well as their opinions and suggestions on the multicultural services of libraries in Guangzhou,this paper puts forward service strategies optimization in four aspects which make fair and equal public cultural services available for foreign readers in Guangzhou,as well as encourages other Chinese libraries to provide more effective culturally adaptive services for foreigners.
