摘要
综述耳穴贴压治疗高血压及其常见症状的临床研究文献,发现临床多以耳穴贴压配合中西药内服、穴位按摩、耳尖放血等其他疗法辅助治疗高血压病,可较好地降低血压并改善患者头晕、头痛、健忘、失眠等症状。耳穴贴压对原发性高血压病的治疗以早期疗效最为显著;对于伴睡眠障碍患者,在不改变其正常睡眠模式的情况下,增加了睡眠时间,提高了睡眠质量;对伴抑郁或焦虑症患者的近期疗效显著,但停止干预后远期疗效不显著,降压及抗抑郁作用消失较快。耳穴贴压的主穴选择相对固定,手法大致相同,便于推广。
This paper reviews the clinical research literature of auricular plaster therapy for hypertension and related commonly seen symptoms.In clinic,auricular plaster therapy combined with orally taking Chinese and Western medicine,acupoint massage,ear point bloodletting and other auxiliary therapies can lower blood pressure and improve symptoms such as dizziness,headache,forgetfulness and insomnia.Auricular plaster therapy shows significant effect in the early treatment stage of essential hypertension;for patients with sleep disorders,auricular plaster therapy can increase sleep time and improve sleep quality without changing their normal sleep mode;for patients with depression or anxiety disorder,auricular plaster therapy shows significant effect in the short-term is,but when stop the intervention,it’s not that effective in the long term,and the antihypertensive and antidepressant effects disappear quickly.The main acupoint selection of auricular plaster therapy is relatively fixed,and the manipulation is roughly the same,which is easy to be popularized.
