黄土露天矿区不同复垦年限重构土壤微生物数量差异及其影响因素分析 被引量:5

Analysis on Quantitative Difference and Influencing Factors of Reconstructed Soil Microorganisms in Loess Opencast Mining Area with Different Reclamation Years

摘要 研究目的:研究不同复垦年限重构土壤中微生物数量差异及其影响因素,为露天煤矿的土地复垦和生态恢复及管理提供一定的理论依据和指导。研究方法:野外调查与采样、时空替代、单因素方差分析以及冗余分析。研究结果:(1)0~10 cm土层,复垦27年的样地R-27a土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌数量分别达到原地貌3类土壤微生物数量的68.23%、68.81%和70.08%;10~20 cm土层,样地R-27a的3类土壤微生物分别达到原地貌3类土壤微生物数量的70.41%、70.94%和72.07%。不同复垦年限重构土壤0~10 cm和10~20 cm土层的3类土壤微生物数量与原地貌小叶杨林地仍存在显著性差异。(2)通过冗余分析对0~10 cm和10~20 cm土层土壤微生物影响因素分析可得,不同复垦年限样地的重构土壤微生物的受到土壤理化性质影响极大,对0~10 cm和10~20 cm表层重构土壤微生物数量影响最大的土壤物理性质是土壤容重和土壤砾石含量;对表层重构土壤微生物数量影响最大的土壤化学性质是土壤有机质和土壤速效钾。研究结论:从土壤微生物数量的视角来研究矿区重构土壤生态系统的恢复状况,可为矿区生态系统功能恢复提供实践支撑。 The purpose of this paper is to study the differences and influencing factors of reconstructed soil microorganisms in different reclamation years,so as to provide some theoretical basis and guidance for land reclamation and ecological restoration and management of open-pit coal mines.The methods of field investigation and sampling,spatio-temporal substitution,one-way ANOVA and redundancy analysis were used.The results showed that:1)in the 0~10 cm soil layer,the number of soil bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes reached 68.23%,68.81%and 70.08%of the three kinds of soil microorganisms in the original landform,respectively.In the 10~20 cm soil layer,the three types of soil microorganisms in R-27a reached 70.41%,70.94%and 72.07%of the original landform,respectively.The number of three kinds of soil microorganisms in the reconstructed soil 0~10 cm and 10~20 cm soil layers with different reclamation years was still significantly lower than that in the original landform plots.Generally,the number of three kinds of microorganisms in the reconstructed soil surface layer increased at first and then decreased with the reclamation time,and then increased with the increase of reclamation years.2)The analysis of the influencing factors of soil microorganisms in 0~10 cm and 10~20 cm soil layers by redundancy analysis showed that the reconstructed soil microorganisms in plots with different reclamation years were greatly affected by soil physical and chemical properties,and the soil physical properties that had the greatest influence on the number of soil microorganisms in the surface layer of 0~10 cm and 10~20 cm were soil bulk density and gravel content.The content of organic matter and available potassium had the greatest influence on the number of soil microorganisms in surface reconstruction.In conclusion,this paper studies the restoration of reconstructed soil ecosystem in mining area from the perspective of soil microbial quantity,which can provide practical support for the restoration of ecosystem function in mining area.
