摘要
胰岛素抵抗(Insulin resistance,IR)常会引发血脂异常、非酒精性脂肪肝等慢性代谢疾病,影响动物正常生长状态并降低养殖效益。机体存在多种能够诱发胰岛素抵抗的因素,如氧化还原状态、体脂代谢和肠道微生物的种类和数量等,明确这些影响因素的作用及其作用机制对寻找改善胰岛素抵抗的作用靶点和营养物质具有重大意义。目前,许多营养干预措施已用于胰岛素抵抗的干预研究,该文对畜禽胰岛素抵抗的机制、危害及其干预作用做进行综述,以期为改善胰岛素抵抗提供理论基础和实践依据。
Insulin resistance(IR)is a common phenomenon in modern livestock and poultry breeding industry,which will affect the normal growth of livestock and poultry and reduce the efficiency of breeding.There are many factors that can induce IR in the body,such as REDOX state,body fat metabolism,and the type and quantity of intestinal microorganisms,etc.It is of great significance to identify the effects of these factors and their mechanisms to find the targets and nutrients to improve IR.At present,many nutritional interventions have been used in the intervention of Insulin resistance.This paper summarized the mechanism,harm and intervention of Insulin resistance in livestock and poultry,in order to provide theoretical and practical basis for improving IR.
