摘要
对某型缸盖出现的皮下气孔缺陷进行了分析,研究了缺陷出现的原因和形成机理,并制定了相应的解决措施。通过控制冶金质量,涂料涂刷过程,砂芯排气及适宜的碳当量调整,有效避免了皮下气孔缺陷的产生。
The defects of subcutaneous stomata in a cylinder head were analyzed,the reason and formation mechanism of defects were studied, and the corresponding measures were worked out. By controlling metallurgical quality, coating brushing process, sand core exhaust and suitable carbon equivalent adjustment, the defects of subcutaneous pores are avoided effectively.
