基于QForm的钢轨辊锻成形有限元仿真 被引量:1

Finite Element Simulation of Rail Roll Forging Based on QForm

摘要 为了获得力学性能优良、抗疲劳性能好、外形优良的钢轨,分析了多次辊锻成形原理及工艺,运用有限元仿真软件QForm建立了某型钢轨多次辊锻成形有限元模型,对在同一辊锻工序不同成形时间下钢轨的温度、塑性应变、等效应力、径向载荷及在同一成形时间和不同辊锻工序成形下温度、等效应力进行了仿真分析。结果表明:不同成形时间下的温度、塑性应变分布存在差异,等效应力分布基本一致;随着辊锻时间增加,径向载荷呈现先增加后基本保持不变再减小的趋势。不同辊锻工序成形时,辊轮形状及数量不同;不同辊锻成形工艺下钢轨的温度分布不同,但是等效应力分布基本一致。 In order to obtain the rail with excellent mechanical properties, good fatigue resistance and excellent shape, the forming principle and process of multiple roll forging were analyzed. The finite element model of multiple roll forging of the rail was established by using the finite element simulation software QForm. The temperature, plastic strain, equivalent stress, radial load, temperature and equivalent stress of rail under different time in the same roll forging and same time in different roll forging were simulated and analyzed. The results show that the distribution of temperature and plastic strain at different forming time is different, the distribution of equivalent stress is basically the same;with the increase of roll forging time, the radial load increases first and then remains unchanged and then decreases. The shape and quantity of the roller are different in different roll forging.The temperature distribution of the rail is different under different roll forging processes, but the equivalent stress distribution is basically the same.
