摘要
中共中央、国务院印发的《新时代爱国主义教育实施纲要》明确提出了新时代爱国主义教育的总体要求、实施对象和实施载体,深度阐释了新时代爱国主义教育的基本内容、组织架构和实施方法。《实施纲要》与“三全育人”综合改革试点工作在主体、客体、载体和维度等诸多方面存在互通性,高校应当深入内化《实施纲要》,凝练爱国之智;灵活运用《实施纲要》,引导爱国之志;全面落实《实施纲要》,提升爱国之质,形成爱国主义教育在高校“三全育人”工作中的生动实践。
The Outline on Conducting Patriotic Education in the New Era issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State council of the People's Republic of China prescribes precisely the general requirements of patriotic education in the new era,the receivers of patriotic education and the vehicles for it.It also clearly illustrates the basic components of patriotic education in the new era,the organizational structure and the methods.The content of the Outline coincides with the Three Alls Education in terms of subject,object,vehicle and dimension.Colleges and universities must internalize the content of the Outline and implement it in an all-round flexible way so as to carry out successful patriotic education in the process of the Three Alls Education.
