摘要
共享制造是运用共享经济理念,在多个制造业主体的制造业全生产流程上将生产资源模块化、智能化、弹性化地与需求进行对接的一种生产模式和生产组织形态,是具有集约、高效、灵活等特点的一种共享经济模式。从2018年开始,共享制造迎来了新的发展热潮。共享制造的发展有着深刻的原因和驱动力,数字经济与制造业的产业融合与制造业的转型升级驱动着共享制造的发展。但是当前共享制造的发展也面临一些问题,其中包括政策法规体系不够完善、共享制造的发展环境需要改善等。未来需要进一步优化政策法律体系,加强基础设施建设和技术支撑,加快培养产业队伍,完善产业发展环境,鼓励共享制造平台的发展。
Shared manufacturing is a production mode and production organization that uses the concept of shared economy to modularize,intelligently and flexibly connect production resources with demand in the entire manufacturing process of multiple manufacturing entities.It is a sharing economy model with intensive,efficient and flexible features.Since 2018,shared manufacturing has ushered in a new upsurge of development.The development of shared manufacturing has profound reasons and driving forces.The industrial integration of digital economy and manufacturing and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing drive the development of shared manufacturing.However,the current development of shared manufacturing is also facing some problems,including the incomplete policy and regulation system,and the development environment of shared manufacturing needs to be improved.In the future,it is necessary to further optimize the policy and legal system,strengthen infrastructure construction and technical support,accelerate the training of industrial teams,improve the industrial development environment,and encourage the development of shared manufacturing platforms.
