摘要
滩羊产业是宁夏回族自治区盐池县的重点发展产业,但是由于精深加工技术的缺乏,造成滩羊加工过程的副产物——羊尾的大量堆积和严重浪费。本研究以滩羊羊尾为主要原料提炼油脂,并开发羊尾油手工皂的加工技术,对制皂的关键工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明:当氢氧化钠浓度为30%,油脂皂化反应时保温50℃,羊尾油、椰子油、橄榄油、棕榈油比例为3∶1∶1∶1,此条件下羊油手工皂总游离碱为0.093%、游离苛性碱0.088%、氯化物0.866%、水分和挥发物20.463%、pH值8.85,产品质量最佳。本研究开发了以滩羊尾油脂为原料的羊油手工皂生产工艺,实现了滩羊尾脂的高值化利用,提高滩羊养殖的经济效益,对于促进盐池县滩羊产业持续、快速、健康、稳定发展具有重要意义。
Tan sheep industry is the key industry in Yanchi County.However,due to the lack of deep processing technology,a large amount of processing-sheep tails are accumulated and wasted.In this study,the main raw materials of Tan sheep tail was used to extract oil and develop the processing technology of manual soap of sheep tail oil,and the key technological parameters of soap making were optimized.The results showed that when sodium hydroxide concentration was 30%,oil saponification reaction heat preservation 50℃,entered oil,coconut oil,palm oil,palm oil ratio of 3︰1︰1︰1,under the condition of 0.093%of free alkali,0.088%of free caustic alkali and chloride 0.866%,20.463%moisture and volatile matter,pH 8.85,the product had the best quality.In this study,the production process of synthetic soap made of tan sheep tail fat was developed,which realized the high-value utilization of tan sheep tail fat and improved the economic benefit of tan sheep breeding,which is of great significance for promoting the sustainable,rapid,healthy and stable development of tan sheep industry in Yanchi County.
