摘要
目的:建立了利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)快速测定黄瓜中8种甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂残留的分析方法。方法:样品经乙腈提取,用QuEChERS方法净化,Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 Column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm)进行超高效液相色谱分离,甲醇和0.1%甲酸水溶液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 mL/min,在电喷雾正离子(ESI+)模式下,通过多反应监测(MRM)模式扫描分析,外标法定量。结果:在相关线性范围内,8种甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂的质量浓度与对应的峰面积间线性关系良好(r>0.999),定量限为0.004~0.010 mg/kg,在3个添加水平下的平均回收率在88.9%~98.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)1.0%~5.0%。结论:该方法简单快速、稳定性高、准确性好,适用于黄瓜中8种甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂残留的定性与定量分析。
Objective:A method for the determination of eight strobilurin fungicides residues in cucumber by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Methods:The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,cleaned up by developed QuEChERS method.separated by ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)with Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 Column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),methanol and mixture of 0.1%formic acid aqueous solution was used as mobile phase in gradient elution,and the flow rate was 0.3 mL/min.Targeted compounds were analyzed in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode via positive electrospray ionization(ESI+),and quantified by external standard method.Results:Under the optimum condition,the linearities of eight strobilurin fungicide pesticides and adjuvants were in the concentration range,with the correlation coeffecients higher than 0.999.The limits of detection(LODs)were 0.004~0.010 mg/kg.At the three ortified levels,the average recoveries of eight strobilurin fungicides residues in cucumber all ranged from 88.9%~98.4%,and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.0%~5.0%.conclusions:the method is simple,stable,accurate and fast,and is suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the residues of eight strobilurin fungicide pesticides in cucumber.
