昆山某城镇污水处理厂提标改造工程实例 被引量:1

摘要 对昆山某城镇污水处理厂进行提标改造,综合考虑该污水处理厂用地现状,并结合工程投资、运行费用以及出水水质等因素,采用在生化池好氧部分增加悬浮填料+好氧前端部分改造为缺氧区+内回流点后移,并更换设备增加内回流比工艺方案进行提标改造。在不新增用地的情况下,改造后的工艺强化了对C、N、P的去除。提标改造完成后系统稳定运行,出水中CODcr、TN、NH3-N和TP基本稳定达到苏州特别排放限值的要求。提标改造工艺的建设和运行费用较低,改造过程实施较快,后期管理简单,出水水质满足较高排放标准,且可为进一步水质提升预留空间。 A municipal wastewater treatment plant in Kunshan was upgraded.By overall considering the actual situation of the MWTP,such as shortage of land,construction investment,operation cost,effluent quality and other factors,the combined process of MBBR,enlarging anoxic zone and optimizing internal reflux system was selected for the modification of the MWTP.Under the situation of no new land,the removal of C,N and P were enhanced after upgrading of the process.New process was stable after being put into use,and average values of effluent CODcr,TN,NH3-N and TP stably met the standard of Suzhou special emission limit.The upgrading process had lower investment cost and energy consumption,faster construction cycle and simpler management,can meet higher discharge standard,and it provided space for further improvement of water quality.
