摘要
本文就碱法处理方式从转底炉富锌铅炉灰中浸出、提取锌和铅的操作工艺进行了分析,证明在袋灰粒度<140目,氢氧化钠浓度为5mol/L,浸出温度为60℃,液固比为11:1,浸出时间为9h的条件下,可使锌的浸出率达到75%。
In this paper,the operation technology of leaching and extracting zinc and lead from zinc rich lead ash of rotary hearth furnace by alkali treatment is analyzed.It is proved that the leaching rate of zinc can reach 75%under the conditions of bag ash particle size less than 140 mesh,sodium hydroxide concentration of 5moll',leaching temperature of 60℃,liquid-solid ratio of 11:1 and leaching time of 9h.
