Construction Technology and Application of Cantilever Pouring for Continuous Beam Bridge of Puyang Super Large Railway

摘要 结合郑济铁路ZPZQ-Ⅱ标濮阳特大桥实际情况,从连续梁、合龙段施工两方面分析特大铁路连续梁悬臂浇筑施工要点,得出:悬臂梁段顶面高程在-5^+15mm,合龙前两悬臂端相对高差为合龙段的1/100(不大于15mm),梁端轴线偏差15mm,相邻梁端错台5mm,各数据偏差均符合规定要求。该施工法便捷高效,既能保证施工质量及结构稳定性,也可确保施工安全,符合大跨度桥梁施工质量要求,施工效果良好,值得大范围推广应用。 Based on the actual situation of Puyang super large bridge in ZPZQ-II standard of Zhengzhou-Ji'an Railway,this paper analyzes the key points and application of cantilever pouring construction of continuous beam in super large railway from two aspects of continuous beam construction and closure section construction.It is concluded that the top elevation of cantilever beam section is between-5^+15 mm,the relative height difference between the two cantilever ends in front of closure is 1/100 of closure section length,not more than 15 mm,and the axis deviation of beam end is 15 mm,adjacent to each other The stagger of beam ends is 5 mm,and the data deviation meets the conclusion of the specified requirements.This construction method is more convenient and efficient,which can ensure the construction quality and structural stability,as well as the construction safety,meet the requirements of the construction quality of long-span bridges,and achieve good construction effect.
