摘要
630E矿用卡车采用直流电传动系统,直流电动轮的换向器环火故障为常见故障,为尽可能减少此类故障,从电磁理论方面对环火原理进行了分析,结合现场维修情况指出了现有维修工艺存在的不足,并提出了换向器表面处理工艺,研究结果对有效降低矿用卡车直流电动轮换向器环火故障具有积极作用。
630 E mining truck uses a DC electric drive system.The commutator ring fire fault of the DC electric wheel is a common and difficult fault.In order to reduce this type of fault as much as possible,this article analyzes the ring fire principle from the electromagnetic aspect,and combines the site repair situation,points out the deficiencies of the existing repair process,and puts forward the surface treatment technology of commutator.The research results have a positive effect on effectively reducing ring fire fault of DC electric wheel commutator of mining truck.
