摘要
为了解雷山髭蟾的基本生物学特征,2017年10月到2018年1月,在贵州省雷山县境内雷公山的仙女塘、康利水厂、交蜡干豆调、交蜡村等地溪流采集雷山髭蟾15只,并对其外部形态指标进行测量,将各项形态指标的测量值进行对数转换,再使用SPSS软件对各项形态指标进行主成分分析.结果显示,在30个成分中,特征值大于1的有4个,其方差的累积方差贡献率是87.772%.体长、头宽、吻长、鼻吻距、鼻眼距、两眼前角距、两眼后角距、眼间距、鼓膜~眼距、前臂及手长、内掌突长、内掌突宽、后肢全长、径长、径宽、体重等形态指标对区分雷山髭蟾起到主要作用.然后用4个主成分进行聚类分析,15只雷山髭蟾聚可为3大支,即第9、10、15、11、13、4、3、14、8、12、1、2只雷山髭蟾的亲缘关系比较近,聚为一个大支,第6只和第7只髭蟾的亲缘关系比较近,聚为另一个大支,第5只髭蟾与其它髭蟾的亲缘关系最远,单独成为一支.
From November 2017 to January 2018,we collected 15 Vibrissaphora leishanensis from the streams near the fairy pond scenic spot of Leigong mountain,the Kangli water plant,Jiaola and Jiaola gandoudiao village in Leishan county of Guizhou Province.And measured the external morphological indexes respectively,the measured values of Vibrissaphora leishanensis were logarithmic converted,and then the principal component analysis was conducted with SPSS software.The results showed that among the 30 components,there were 4 components whose eigenvalue was greater than 1,and the cumulative variance contribution rate of the variance of the 4 principal components was 87.772%.Body length,head width,snout length,snout distance,nose distance,nose distance,distance between eyes,distance between eyes,eye distance,eardrum-eye distance,forearm and hand length,inner palmar process length,inner palmar process width,hind limb length,diameter length,diameter width,body weight and other morphological indexes had great influence play a major role in distinguishing Vibrissaphora leishanensis.Four principal components were used for cluster analysis,and 15 categories were grouped into 3 categories.The results showed that the 9、10、15、11、13、4、3、14、8、12、1 and 2 mustaches were closely related to each other and clustered into a large branch,and the 6 and 7 mustaches were closely related to each other and clustered into a large branch.
