摘要 为了开展该车线路随机载荷下的车体结构疲劳分析,首先建立刚柔耦合动力学模型进行线路运行仿真,提取车体结构模态振动响应,引入网格不敏感模态结构应力法提出了基于刚柔耦合仿真的车辆焊接结构疲劳寿命分析新技术,为轨道车辆结构的设计提供技术支持. In order to carry out the fatigue analysis of carbody structure under the random load of the track,the rigid flexible coupling dynamic model was established to simulate the running condition.Then modal vibration response of the vehicle body structure was extracted.The mesh-insensitive structural stress method was used to propose a new fatigue life analysis technology of vehicle welded structure based on the rigid flexible coupling simulation,which provides the technology support for the design of the rail vehicle structure.
