摘要
目的研究0.1%氟啶脲白蚁饵剂在野外条件下对栖北散白蚁的防治效果。方法在白蚁危害区域安装监测装置,并定期检查维护,对引诱到的白蚁投放0.1%氟啶脲白蚁饵剂进行灭杀。结果对野外场地的白蚁灭治结果表明,0.1%氟啶脲白蚁饵剂能有效降低白蚁巢群的密度,白蚁侵入率从57.9%降低到4.6%。结论0.1%氟啶脲白蚁饵剂在野外对栖北散白蚁灭治效果良好,但是防治周期较长,饵剂消耗量较大。建议在野外条件下,灭治白蚁可适当增加氟啶脲饵剂浓度及用量。
Objective To study the field control effect of 0.1%chlorfluazuron bait on Reticulitermes speratus.Methods Monitoring devices were installed in termite damage areas,and regular inspection and maintenance were conducted.0.1%chlorfluazuron termite bait was applied to control termites.Results The results showed that 0.1%chlorfluazuron bait could effectively reduce the population of termite.The average invasion rate decreased from 57.9%to 4.6%.Conclusion The effect of 0.1%chlorfluazuron bait against Reticulitermes speratus was good,but the time taking was long and the consumption of bait was big.It is suggested that the concentration and dosage of chlorfluazuron bait should be increased properly to control Reticulitermes speratus in the fields.
