摘要
深中通道伶仃洋大桥为主跨1666 m的双塔全飘浮整体钢箱梁悬索桥,东塔采用C55混凝土门式桥塔,塔高270 m,设3道横梁。东塔塔柱采用钢筋部品化和一体化智能筑塔机(集钢筋部品调位、自动浇筑、智能养护和自动控制于一体)施工。钢筋部品化施工时,首先在钢筋加工场按照节段进行钢筋部品网片制作及弯折,现场通过钢筋部品拼装胎架组装成钢筋部品;然后进行钢筋部品整体吊装。塔柱底部5个节段(高程+25.0 m以下)采用支架法施工后,组拼一体化智能筑塔机;筑塔机试拼装合格后,利用筑塔机进行钢筋部品安装、塔柱节段混凝土自动化浇筑和养护施工;然后筑塔机爬升进行下一节段施工,依次完成6~48号节段塔柱混凝土流水作业。
The Lingdingyang Bridge of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link is a two-pylon suspension bridge with a main span of 1666 m.The bridge is of a full-floating system,with superstructure comprising integral steel box girders.The east pylon is a portal-shaped structure formed of C55 concrete,rising 270 m and having three cross beams.Finished rebar are used for the pylon legs,and the intelligent integrated pylon building machine is employed in the pylon construction,which can carry out rebar position adjustment,automatic concrete casting,intelligent curing and automatic control.Mesh reinforcement are prefabricated and bent in the factory in accordance with number of the pylon segments,then,assembled to be finished members on the assembly bed in the field,and monolithically hoisted into position.The first five segments of the pylon legs(below+25.0 m)are constructed on scaffolds,after which,the intelligent integrated pylon building machine is assembled in place.Once checked qualified,the pylon building machine starts to conduct installation of the finished rebar,automatic casting and curing of the pylon leg segment.After the completion of a segment,the pylon building machine walks upward to next segment,and the cycle is repeated till the completion of the segments 6-48.
