摘要
装配式建筑一般比传统建筑成本高10%~20%,加强装配式建筑成本风险管理,对控制其成本有重要意义。本文考虑经济、技术、环境和管理四个方面建立了装配式建筑成本风险评价指标体系,提出了采用AHP法确定指标主观权重、改进CRITIC法确定客观权重、TOPSIS法进行权重组合的方法,解决了确定权重时仅考虑指标内的差异性而没有考虑指标间相关性的问题。运用了通过综合云贴近度确定成本风险评价等级的云模型评价方法,对某装配式建筑成本风险进行了评价。结果表明,应重点加强对预制构件设计及施工、装配式建筑项目合同管理及变更索赔方面的成本风险控制,验证了模型的有效性。
Generally,the cost of prefabricated building is 10%~20%higher than that of traditional buildings.Strengthening the risk management of prefabricated building cost is of great significance to control its cost.In this paper,the cost risk evaluation index system of prefabricated building was established considering the four aspects of economy,technology,environment and management,and the subjective weight of index was determined by AHP method,the objective weight was determined by improved CRITIC method,and the weight combination method was carried out by TOPSIS method,which solved the problem that only considered the differences within the indicators and did not consider the correlation between indicators when determining the weight.This paper used the cloud model evaluation method to determine the cost risk evaluation level through the comprehensive cloud proximity degree to evaluate the cost risk of a prefabricated building.The results show that the cost risk control of prefabricated component design and construction,prefabricated construction project contract management and change claim should be strengthened,and the effectiveness of the model is verified.
