摘要
近年来,石油生产发展迅速,生产装置的危险系数逐渐提高,所开发的产品也变得越来越容易燃烧,容易爆炸,导致整个石油生产过程的安全系数大大降低。因此对装置内的抗爆控制进行结构分析是相当重要的,应根据实际的特点对其进行计算,提出些许设计改进的建议。对于石油化工企业来说,通过对控制室结构进行分析后,极大提高防爆控制室的安全性能,减少爆炸的损失。
In recent years,petroleum production has developed rapidly,and the risk factor of production equipment has gradually increased.The products developed are becoming more and more flammable and easy to explode,resulting in a significant reduction in the safety factor of the entire oil production process.This makes it very important to analyze the structure of the anti-explosion control in the device.We must calculate it based on the actual characteristics and put forward some suggestions for design improvement.For petrochemical companies,we hope that after analyzing the structure of the control room,we can greatly improve the safety performance of the explosion-proof control room and reduce explosion losses.
