摘要
在SolidEdge造型软件的基础上开发出针对球铁件的DISA垂直无箱造型工艺的CAD系统 ,实现了计算机辅助的三维设计 ;对包含铸造工艺信息的铸件三维模型进行凝固过程的模拟分析 ,在处理体积变化时使用动态膨胀收缩叠加方法。通过该系统的使用可优化工艺设计 ,提高效率。
Based on a commercial CAD modeling system Solid Edge, The author has developed a CAD system of casting process, which is specially designed for DISA process of the S.G. iron casting, and the system can realize three dimensional computer aided design. The solidification process of the modeling which includes processing information was simulated. During the solidification, the volume changes were simulated by using a method so-called Dynamic Expansion and Contraction Accumulation Method (DECAM). The optimization of process and the designing efficiency can be achieved by using this system.
